ORBIT End-User License Agreement

Last updated: October 17, 2026

This agreement governs use of ORBIT (Obligation, Revenue & Burn Intelligence Tracker), an internal application owned and operated by Applied Innovative Technologies, Inc. ("AIT"). By signing in to ORBIT or connecting it to a QuickBooks account, you agree to these terms.

1. License

AIT grants authorized AIT employees and contractors a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to use ORBIT solely for AIT's internal business purposes. ORBIT is not licensed, sold or offered to anyone outside AIT.

2. Authorized use

3. QuickBooks connection

Only an AIT administrator may connect ORBIT to AIT's QuickBooks Online and QuickBooks Time accounts. ORBIT accesses that data read-only, as described in the ORBIT Privacy Policy. The connection can be removed at any time from ORBIT or from QuickBooks. Your use of QuickBooks remains subject to Intuit's own terms.

4. Ownership

AIT owns ORBIT and all data entered into or derived by it. Data retrieved from QuickBooks remains AIT's data.

5. Termination

AIT may suspend or end any user's access at any time. Access ends automatically when your work for AIT ends.

6. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

ORBIT is provided "as is" for internal use. Its figures support, and do not replace, the official books of record and contract documents. To the extent permitted by law, AIT disclaims all warranties and is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of ORBIT.

7. Governing law

This agreement is governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia.
